Deputata Raluca Turcan: PNL şi USR au depus o sesizare la CCR cu privire la numirea conducerii interimare a televiziunii publice

PNL and USR have filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court regarding the interim leadership appointment of the Romanian Television Society. They argue that the appointment violates both the law governing public broadcasting and the Court's jurisprudence. Raluca Turcan stated that the procedure was not followed correctly, as the necessary quorum for a joint plenary session was not established. USR's Alexandru Dimitriu added that they have also initiated administrative litigation to address potential issues with the Court's ability to review the legality of the decision. Both parties criticize the actions of the PSD-AUR coalition as unconstitutional and illegal, claiming they manipulated the composition of the permanent bureaus to secure a majority for the appointment.
