Denis Popescu se oprește în semifinale la 100 metri spate

Denis-Laurean Popescu failed to qualify for the European final in the 100m backstroke, finishing 8th in the semifinals. Georgii Iakolev was the fastest, qualifying for the final. Andrei-Theodor Proca also competed, finishing 7th in the 1500m freestyle final, where a world record was broken.
