Total revenues rose by 10.3% to 342.52 billion lei, driven by higher tax income and EU fund absorption. The government emphasized the importance of maintaining fiscal discipline to uphold investment ratings. Total expenditures slightly increased to 383.55 billion lei, with a notable rise in public investment funded by EU sources. The finance minister highlighted the positive impact of timely VAT refunds on businesses, enhancing liquidity and predictability.
