Dedeman se extinde pe piața imobiliară. Frații Pavăl cumpără o parte din fosta platformă industrială a unui producător de cazane

The Pavăl brothers, owners of Dedeman, are negotiating to acquire part of the former ICMA industrial platform near their Pantelimon store. They previously purchased the Andami platform and plan to expand into real estate. Dedeman aims to buy five ICMA plots totaling 11,437 square meters, with a contract expected in Q2 2027. The area is seeing increased real estate investments, transforming former industrial sites into commercial and residential spaces. The Pavăls have diversified their investments, directing around one billion euros into real estate and acquiring various projects, including luxury hotels and office spaces. They are also developing residential projects in Pipera and Bacău.
