Praktiker Hellas is rebranding to Dedeman after 35 years in Greece, starting with its flagship store in Tavros. The transition includes extensive renovations across all 16 stores, aiming for a smooth changeover. The Romanian investment group Paval Holding acquired Praktiker Hellas in 2025, planning to enhance capital and restructure operations. Dedeman aims to increase sales and return to profitability, facing a decline in revenue and rising losses in recent years. The rebranding process was initiated in February 2022, with plans to introduce private label products from Dedeman's Romanian factories.
