Dedeman înlocuiește Praktiker în Grecia, după 35 de ani

Romanian brand Dedeman officially replaces Praktiker in Greece, transforming 17 stores into Dedeman units. The process includes introducing private label products made in Romania. The rebranding began in Tavros, Athens, and will gradually extend to all locations. Dedeman aims to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs while adapting to the Greek market. The acquisition, valued at around 130-140 million euros, marks Dedeman's first international expansion after over three decades in Romania. The company has invested 39 million euros in restructuring and aims to return the Greek stores to profitability after previous financial losses.
