The Niculescu Government has introduced new executive positions and reorganized central institutions through an emergency ordinance. This includes the establishment of delegated ministers for digitalization and pre-university education. Changes were made to the role of the Deputy Prime Minister and the leadership of the General Secretariat of the Government. The ordinance aligns with the Parliament's decision to grant confidence to the Government and modifies the administrative code. The new structure will support the Deputy Prime Minister with a dedicated team, while the delegated ministers will operate under their respective ministries. Additionally, provisions for high-ranking public officials and specialized training programs were included.
