Decizie șoc: Ryanair se retrage dintr-o țară vecină din cauza sancțiunilor împotriva Rusiei - Economica.net

Ryanair is suspending its flights from Niš to Vienna and Malta due to fuel supply issues linked to regulatory problems. The airline halted ticket sales and announced operations will cease in winter 2026. The Niš airport representatives noted that Ryanair had warned about fuel supply challenges stemming from sanctions on Serbia's oil industry. The U.S. sanctions on the NIS company, which controls Serbia's only oil refinery, have created uncertainty in fuel deliveries. Following Ryanair's exit, Air Serbia and Wizz Air will remain the only airlines operating at Niš airport, which saw a 10% increase in passenger traffic in 2025.
