Decizie definitivă în cazul Lolrelai. Dentistul care a drogat-o și a agresat-o sexual a primit trei ani cu suspendare

The Court of Appeal has issued a final decision in the case of dentist accused of drugging and sexually assaulting influencer Ștefania Costache, known as Lolrelai. The sentence was reduced from 10 years to 3 years suspended. The dentist is also required to pay €50,000 in damages to the victim. This case marks a first in Romania regarding a medical professional being convicted for using prohibited substances on a patient for sexual offenses. The accusations stem from an incident in 2020, where the victim claimed the dentist drugged her and assaulted her in his apartment.
