Decizia luată de directoarea Colegiului Național „I.L. Caragiale” din București după ce a picat proba de competențe
Two directors from prominent Bucharest colleges failed the first round of a competition for their positions due to insufficient time for the exam. Andreia Bodea from "I.L. Caragiale" criticized the exam's design, stating that while the questions were not difficult, the time allocated was inadequate. She expressed her frustration over the competition favoring candidates from exact sciences. Ionela Neagoe from "Gheorghe Lazăr" echoed similar sentiments, highlighting the emotional toll of the process. Union leader Marius Nistor noted a high failure rate among directors in the competition, raising concerns about the implications for school leadership. Nationally, the pass rate was 69%, with a significant portion of candidates in Bucharest advancing to the next stage.
