Prosecutors allege he was gathering military information and planning hybrid sabotage acts. The court's decision allows for a 30-day detention period. Kuțenko reportedly collected sensitive data on Romanian and allied military forces, posing a threat to national security. The Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) indicated that his actions were part of a broader pattern of sabotage attempts linked to Russian entities, which have been thwarted in previous years.
