Debitul Dunării la intrarea în ţară va scădea la 1300 mc/s până în 21 august
The Danube's flow is expected to remain stable at 1400 m3/s, decreasing slightly to 1300 m3/s by August 21. This situation has led to the shutdown of two reactors at the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant, which provided about 20% of the dispatchable energy. The Ministry of Energy assures that the National Energy System has sufficient resources to cover the production deficit, including wind and hydro production. Authorities urge responsible energy consumption, especially during peak hours.
