Debitul Dunării, în scădere în următoarele zile. Va ajunge la 1.250 mc/s, mult sub media lunii octombrie
The Danube's flow at Baziaș will remain stable at 1,350 m³/s for three days, then decrease to 1,250 m³/s by October 8, below the October average. Downstream, flows will generally decline, except for the first two days. This summer's low water levels led to the shutdown of two reactors at the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant, which provided 20% of the dispatchable energy. Energy prices have risen significantly, with some reaching over 2 lei/kWh, impacting consumers amid a broader energy crisis. The reactors may restart by mid-October, prompting the Ministry of Energy to request a 30-day extension of the energy alert status.
