Debitul Dunării, în scădere. Avertismentul hidrologilor pentru perioada octombrie-decembrie 2026

Hydrologists predict that the Danube's flow will remain below multiannual averages for October, November, and December 2026. River flows in Romania are expected to be between 30% and 80% of monthly averages, with some areas potentially dropping below 30%. In December, ice formations may appear on northern and central rivers. The maximum flow at Baziaș is forecasted to be significantly lower than historical averages, with specific estimates for each month. The National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management will update these forecasts based on short-term predictions and weather conditions.
