However, preventive restructuring remains an exceptional solution. The geographical distribution of concordats does not align with insolvency rates, as seen in Dolj and Brăila. Efficacy data is lacking, with listed companies showing a discouraging trend, as three out of eight procedures since 2022 ended in insolvency.
