Failure to respond is considered a refusal, and they can reapply later. Clarifications can also be requested within three days. Once accepted, payment must be made within a week, or the parking spot will be forfeited. Payment options include SelfPay machines, online, or via a mobile app. After payment, a rental contract will be issued, along with a sketch of the assigned parking space.
