Voxility organized a unique challenge for its 22nd anniversary, encouraging employees to travel as far as possible from Bucharest. Participants received €1,000 and two extra days off to form teams and explore diverse destinations. The initiative resulted in over 17,000 kilometers traveled, with the winning team reaching Gran Canaria. This project fostered teamwork and creativity, showcasing the benefits of flexible rewards over traditional corporate events.
