Cristian Bușoi, a state secretary in the Ministry of Energy, highlighted that three essential conditions remain unresolved, including the framework agreement with NuScale, a firm commitment for module purchases, and issues related to natural gas presence at the site. Nuclearelectrica plans to minimize expenses and reduce personnel by at least 60% while also considering other American technologies under a bilateral agreement with the U.S.
