De la campioana României, coleg cu Robert Lewandowski. Anzor Mekvabishvili a semnat în MLS

Anzor Mekvabishvili has transferred from Universitatea Craiova to Chicago Fire FC, signing a contract until 2029 with an option for another year. The Georgian midfielder will join Robert Lewandowski at the MLS club. Mekvabishvili won the Romanian championship and other domestic trophies with Craiova, and has significant experience in European competitions. He has also represented Georgia internationally, participating in the European Championship and World Cup qualifiers. Chicago Fire currently ranks third in the Eastern Conference of MLS.
