De la burnout la „vreau să demonstrez că pot”: cine sunt oamenii care au ales 10 zile de stres bun pe Via Transilvanica. Primele tipologii identificate în studiul MedLife
The observational study by MedLife on Via Transilvanica reveals that participants are driven by a desire for change and reconnection rather than mere adventure. Initial interviews indicate that many join to escape routine and stress, seeking personal challenges. The project, running from August to September 2026, exceeded initial registration expectations, with around 70 participants qualifying for the study. The research highlights various paradoxes of well-being, such as the need for social reconnection amidst urban stress and the benefits of voluntary challenges. MedLife aims to explore how physical challenges can lead to emotional resilience and improved health outcomes.
