De la burnout la „vreau să demonstrez că pot”: cine sunt oamenii care au ales 10 zile de stres bun pe Via Transilvanica. Primele tipologii identificate în studiul MedLife
MedLife's observational study on Via Transilvanica reveals participants are motivated by a desire for change and reconnection rather than mere adventure. The project, running from August to September 2026, highlights how voluntary physical challenges can help individuals adapt and relieve stress. Initial interviews indicate that many participants seek to escape overwhelming routines and personal difficulties. The study categorizes participants into six types, each choosing to confront personal challenges. The concept of 'Good Stress' is explored, suggesting that controlled physical challenges can activate natural adaptation mechanisms, potentially leading to improved well-being and resilience. MedLife aims to understand the deeper impacts of this experience on participants' lives.
