De ce nu folosește România mai multă apă din baraje pentru a compensa oprirea Cernavodă. „Nu avem garanția că lacurile se vor umple”

Romania has sufficient water in its reservoirs for hydroenergy but must conserve it for winter. Cristian Bușoi from the Ministry of Energy highlighted the need for careful management of resources due to uncertain rainfall. Weekly meetings will be held to coordinate energy production, which is currently stable with good solar and wind forecasts. Unit 4 at Rovinari has been activated to mitigate import needs, compensating for losses from Cernavodă. Bușoi noted differences in energy storage capacities between Romania and Bulgaria, attributing Bulgaria's advantage to its investment attractiveness. Unit 2 at Cernavodă may restart by the end of the month, with no immediate need for consumption restrictions.
