Despite limited capacity at the Kozlodui Nuclear Power Plant, Bulgaria's energy supply remains stable, supported by coal and hydroelectric power. The Nuclear Regulatory Agency confirms that safety systems are independent of river levels, ensuring operational reliability. Monitoring is in place to address potential water shortages for cooling, with measures to reduce power if necessary.
