De ce avem atât de mulți elevi cu analfabetism funcțional: Ministrul Educației vorbește despre un „virus cognitiv”

Romanian students struggle to apply their knowledge due to outdated evaluation methods, according to Education Minister Mihai Dimian. He highlights that national assessments are paper-based, while international tests like PISA are computer-based, contributing to functional illiteracy. The pandemic has exacerbated these issues, and Romania's decline aligns with global trends. To address this, over 2,500 science laboratories have been established, benefiting millions of students and modernizing education. Additionally, 100,000 teachers have received training in digital pedagogy to improve teaching methods.
