De ce apar erori în procesul de înregistrare sistematică a proprietăților

The systematic registration of properties aims to identify, measure, and register real estate in the integrated cadastre and land book system. This extensive process involves verifying existing information, conducting field measurements, and correlating technical data with the legal status of properties. Discrepancies may arise between measured areas and those recorded in documents due to outdated measurements or changes in property boundaries over time. Owners' participation is crucial for clarifying these discrepancies, as they must provide relevant documents and verify the accuracy of the information displayed publicly. The National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity is currently implementing a project to enhance property registration in rural areas, covering over 660 communes.
