From October 17 to December 31, a one-way traffic system will be implemented on a section of Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard in Bucharest. This change is necessary for the replacement of a 53-year-old water distribution pipe and related infrastructure. Traffic will be directed from George Constantinescu Street towards Petricani Road, while the opposite direction will be closed. Alternative routes are provided for drivers, and public transport stations will be temporarily relocated as needed. Pedestrian access will remain largely unaffected, with some adjustments for safety. The city officials apologize for the inconvenience and emphasize the importance of these works for securing European funding.
