Romanian driver David Cosma Cristofor will compete in the inaugural Formula Trophy Malaysia at Sepang from October 2-4, 2026, coinciding with the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Evans GP confirmed his participation in this event, which showcases young talents in motorsport. David previously raced in Abu Dhabi in 2025, finishing fourth among 36 drivers. Currently, he ranks in the top 3 of the Italian Formula 4 Championship and has achieved podium finishes in UAE4. Representing Evans GP, David expressed his commitment to representing Romania well during this significant motorsport weekend.
