The decision follows recent incidents involving drones in Romania, highlighting a shift in risk perception among homeowners. The coverage automatically includes various forms of conflict-related damages and is available for new policies starting September 2, 2026. Existing policyholders can also add this coverage, ensuring better protection for properties, including those with mortgage loans.
