The company has been active in Romania since the real estate boom and has completed various projects, including malls and military bases. Their residential brand, Denya, is set to launch a large development in Corbeanca, currently in the authorization phase. Additionally, Denya Premium will feature three blocks with 314 apartments. The Denya Forest project has already sold over 500 apartments, with more buildings underway. Danya Cebus also has the Denya Home project in Pipera, which will include 928 apartments. Recently, they announced Deya Lake, a luxury villa project worth 45 million euros, with its first phase launching soon.
