Daniel Zamfir, the proposed Minister of Economy, aims to reorganize state defense companies under Romarm. He plans to establish a legislative framework for the National Authority for Defense Industry, which will streamline operations for both state and private operators. Zamfir intends for Romarm to absorb subsidiaries and create five branches based on activity sectors. Additionally, he will publish a project portfolio related to a €16.7 billion loan for armament within 100 days of taking office, along with establishing an audit unit for industrial cooperation.
