Băluță praised the construction team's efficiency, stating that significant projects can be completed faster than expected. The ongoing works involve replacing a nearly 100-year-old deteriorated slab with a new, modern structure, prioritizing safety. Future plans include restoring fountains in Unirii Square and creating a new access route to metro stations, ensuring minimal disruption to traffic and pedestrian flow.
