Singer Dana Marijuana was sentenced to 5 years and 4 months in prison for drug trafficking and driving under the influence. The ruling can be appealed. In the same case, two other men received sentences of 6 years and 3 months and 6 years and 4 months for drug-related offenses. The investigation began after Dana was stopped in traffic and tested positive for psychoactive substances. All three were arrested in August 2024 after illegal substances were found in their vehicle.
