Redport, founded by Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, and businessman Dan Șucu have launched the Infinity Nord residential project, featuring 1,200 apartments. The project, announced over three years ago, will be built on a 4.6-hectare site in the Străulești-Dămăroaia area, purchased from Petrom for 13 million euros. Construction will occur in three phases, with commercial spaces pre-leased to Auchan and World Class, covering 95% of the initial development. The apartments will be semi-furnished, including kitchens and dressing areas from Mobexpert. Redport's development portfolio exceeds 450 million euros.
