Dan Șucu, founder of Mobexpert, is the majority shareholder in the Infinity Nord real estate project in Bucharest, which will feature around 1,200 homes. Developed in partnership with REDPORT, the project spans over 4.6 hectares and includes commercial spaces and wellness facilities. Apartments will be semi-furnished, with kitchens and dressing rooms included, and buyers will have access to design consultation services. The first phase will consist of 213 apartments, with a projected start in 2026. REDPORT aims to position Infinity Nord as an 'affordable luxury' development, enhancing the urban landscape of Bucharest. Dan Șucu is also involved in football investments, owning stakes in Rapid București and Genoa CFC.
