Cometex, part of the Altex group, is developing its first residential project, Toff Residence Giurgiu, which will be the tallest building in the city. The project includes 104 apartments set to be completed by spring next year. The company plans to expand its residential offerings by potentially building more mixed-use blocks near its retail parks. Adrian Urdă, the general director, emphasized that residential development complements existing commercial projects and aims for sustainable urban integration. Cometex operates 18 retail parks and will open its 19th in Pantelimon on October 8.
