Dan Dungaciu discussed Marco Rubio's message to Europe, emphasizing the EU's lack of a strategic vision amid global tensions. He noted the significance of Brazil's elections for U.S. strategy in South America. Rubio reminded Europe of its historical importance and urged it to take more responsibility for its defense. Dungaciu criticized the EU's diplomatic approach, suggesting it struggles to navigate international relations effectively.
