Dungaciu emphasized that a divided country cannot implement major projects and that Romania risks remaining minor and led by inadequate leaders. He also criticized Niculescu's appointment, highlighting Romania's competition for OECD membership with Croatia, which has made significant progress since its independence. Dungaciu pointed out that Romania's development is lagging behind that of its neighbors.
