Residents of Bucharest can enjoy free kayaking and canoeing on the Dâmbovița River as part of the Dâmbovița Apă Dulce 2026 event. The next event is scheduled for July 31, with no reservations needed. Participants can bring their own equipment or use provided kayaks and canoes. The event runs from 4 PM to 8 PM on Friday and 3 PM to 8 PM on Saturday. Additionally, the Balkanik Festival will feature stand-up paddleboarding on Lake Tei, alongside music performances. Tickets for the festival are available, with daily tickets to be released in August.
