The Romanian Football Federation is introducing a black card for parents in youth competitions to address aggressive behavior during matches. Starting from the 2026-2027 season, referees can stop games if parents become abusive, using the black card as a warning. If disruptive behavior continues, the match may be halted, resulting in a loss for the team associated with the unruly spectators. This measure aims to mitigate the intense pressure and aggression often exhibited by parents at youth football events, which can overshadow the children's enjoyment of the game.
