A 3.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Vrancea seismic zone on Monday morning at a depth of 133.5 kilometers. This event was recorded at 08:36 and was located near several cities, including Focșani and Buzău. Earlier, two smaller earthquakes were reported on Sunday, with magnitudes of 3.1 and 3.4, occurring at depths of 114.6 and 124.7 kilometers, respectively. The strongest earthquake in Romania this year was a 4.5 magnitude quake on February 26 in Vrancea.
