The Romanian real estate investment market saw transactions worth 211 million euros in the first half of 2026, a 46% decrease from last year. However, by July, following significant deals, the total volume surpassed that of 2025. The office sector led investments with 138 million euros, while retail regained prominence after a major transaction. Central and Eastern European investors were the most active, contributing 68% of the total volume. Despite economic challenges, the market remains attractive, with stable yields across major segments.
