The Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected the request of the Italian Association in Romania to suspend the execution of Decree 770/2026, which designated Siegfried Mureșan as a candidate for Prime Minister. The decision can be appealed within five days. The court found the exceptions raised by the Presidential Administration to be valid, leading to the dismissal of the suspension request. Additionally, the court ruled that the request against the Autonomous Regia Monitorul Oficial was inadmissible due to lack of standing. The case was initiated by RO.AS.IT. against the Presidential Administration and the Monitorul Oficial, concerning the decree issued by President Nicușor Dan.
