Curtea de Apel București suspendă șase hotărâri ale Guvernului Bolojan, în urma unor acțiuni deschise de PSD
The Bucharest Court of Appeal has suspended six government decisions made by interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan following legal actions by the Social Democratic Party (PSD). These decisions will remain in effect until the court resolves the annulment requests. The suspended decisions include reorganizations within the Ministry of Agriculture, regulations on protected natural areas, and housing benefits for adults with disabilities. The government can appeal the court's decision within five days, but this does not suspend the execution of the ruling.
