The case was registered on September 22 and is set for a hearing on September 28. The decree, issued by President Nicușor Dan on September 21, designates Mureșan as a candidate for Prime Minister, requiring him to seek Parliament's confidence for the new government's program. The action was initiated by independent MP Ioana Grosaru, representing the Italian community, against the Presidential Administration and the Official Monitor. Judge Olimpiea Crețeanu is presiding over the case, which has drawn attention due to her involvement in several controversial rulings recently.
