Curtea de Apel Alba reia judecata în dosarul uciderii afaceristului Adrian Kreiner

The Alba Iulia Court of Appeal is set to resume the trial regarding the murder of businessman Adrian Kreiner. The case involves three defendants, including Costinel Cosmin Zuleam, who is accused of orchestrating the murder and has been sentenced to 30 years in absentia. The other two defendants, Marian Cristian Minae and Laurențiu Ghiță, both recidivists, received life sentences. The court has mandated that their genetic profiles be added to the National Genetic Data System. Additionally, the defendants are required to pay damages to the victims, including significant amounts to Kreiner's partner and daughter. The initial ruling has been appealed.
