Curtea de Apel a respins cererea Asociației Italienilor de a suspenda desemnarea lui Siegfried Mureșan ca premier

The Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected the request from the Association of Italians in Romania to suspend the presidential decree appointing Siegfried Mureșan as prime minister candidate. The court found the request inadmissible due to lack of legal standing. The case was initiated by the association led by independent MP Ioana Grosaru, who challenged the decree against the Presidential Administration and the Official Gazette. Former judge Cristi Dănileț commented that presidential decrees cannot be contested as they are acts of power. Additionally, 11 organizations from the Italian community in Romania expressed concern over the association's stance, clarifying that it does not represent the entire community's views.
