Curtea Constituţională din Germania impune examinarea individuală a cererilor de viză ale afganilor
Germany's Constitutional Court ruled that individual visa applications from Afghans must be considered, despite the suspension of a special immigration program. The case involved an Afghan woman in Pakistan seeking visas for herself and her children, who had previously been accepted into Germany but had their acceptance revoked. The court found that the lower court misapplied constitutional protections against arbitrary decisions. The ruling mandates that Germany must continue to assist the woman and her children until a proper constitutional decision is made. This case could impact around 400 other Afghans in similar situations.
