Cursul valutar BNR, 24 septembrie 2026. Euro rămâne la un nivel maxim istoric

On September 24, 2026, the Romanian National Bank reported that the euro reached a historic high of 5.2788 lei, remaining unchanged from the previous day but increasing from 5.2647 lei on Tuesday. The US dollar also rose to 4.6265 lei, while the British pound was quoted at 6.1442 lei. The Swiss franc increased to 5.6205 lei. These reference rates do not necessarily reflect the exchange rates used by banks. The previous record for the euro was set on May 6, 2026, at 5.2688 lei, following a political crisis in Romania.
