The Romanian National Bank reported a slight appreciation of the leu against the euro, US dollar, and British pound, while it depreciated against the Swiss franc. The euro was set at 5.3370 lei, down from 5.3393 lei, and the US dollar decreased to 4.7571 lei from 4.7706 lei. The British pound also fell to 6.3104 lei from 6.3273 lei. Conversely, the Swiss franc rose to 5.7356 lei, an increase from the previous session. The euro remains above 5.33 lei, while the dollar stays below 4.80 lei. BNR's rates serve as reference rates, and actual buying and selling prices may vary.
