The Senate has approved a bill requiring electric scooter users over 14 to complete a traffic law course, excluding those with a driving license. The proposal amends existing traffic regulations and aims to enhance road safety. The course details will be established by the Ministry of Transport within 90 days of the law's publication. Non-compliance will result in fines, and the law will take effect 180 days after publication.
